Counting!

Hadley has been walking around counting a lot recently- no clue why! She counts all the steps as we go up, she counts her food, she says "1-2-3 smile!" and pretends to take my picture! The highest I have heard her go is 15 and my theory is that she stops here because our house only has 15 stair steps!

The new terrible thing she has started doing is saying "warren" to me. Get it, "Lauren." She knows my name is Lauren and thinks it is so funny to call me that... "Mommy" does not like it. It all started one day about 2 weeks ago when she heard me call downstairs to "David." She started saying, "Daaaaviiiid." I replied, "Yes, Daddy's name is David." Well, her Daddy did not like that so he taught her Mommy's name (thanks, honey). We didn't think it would stick, but it definitely has. Now the only person in the world who can call me Mommy wants to call me what everyone else in the world calls me...Lauren.
